Is the whole villa private during my stay?

Yes. Omnia is a single-party villa,two complete floors are yours, with absolute spatial isolation from any other guests.

Do you offer airport pickup from Bhadrapur?

Yes, on request. The caretaker arranges a comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle,about thirty minutes door-to-door. Cost is shared at the time.

How does direct booking compare to Airbnb?

Same villa, same standards. Direct enquiries skip the Airbnb service fee and let us be more flexible on cancellation. Airbnb gives platform protection,both are fine.

What about power?

Reliable backup is integrated throughout. Eastern Nepal occasionally has brief regional outages,guests rarely notice.

Can you arrange meals?

Yes. Fresh local meals and beverages are arranged on request through the caretaker, prepared on-demand and charged separately.

Is the rooftop pool really heated?

Yes,brand new, year-round. Even in cool months you can use it comfortably.
