Is the whole villa private during my stay?

Yes. Omnia is a single-party villa. Two complete floors are reserved exclusively for your booking, with absolute spatial isolation from any other guests.

Can the villa be used as a stopover for Pathivara pilgrimage?

Yes. Damak sits on the natural route between Bhadrapur Airport and Pathivara. Many guests book Omnia as the overnight base before the 9 to 11 hour drive and trek to the temple.

Is the rooftop plunge pool really heated?

Yes. The rooftop plunge pool is heated and open year-round, including through the cooler Eastern Nepal winters.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Free breakfast is included for every stay. Items include eggs, sausages, breads, rusks, cookies and cornflakes. Fresh local meals can be arranged through the caretaker on request.

How do I cross to Darjeeling or Sikkim from Omnia?

Kakarbhitta is about an hour east of Damak on the Mahendra Highway. From the border, Darjeeling is around 4 to 5 hours by road and Gangtok in Sikkim is about 6 to 7 hours. Most guests use Omnia as the overnight base before the crossing.

Is the villa suitable for families and groups?

Yes. The villa sleeps up to 7 across 3 bedrooms with a crib available. It is purpose-built for families, friend groups and small corporate teams. Single travellers may prefer a smaller hotel, as the entire estate is reserved per booking.
